100% Quality Control
All our products undergo 100% quality control. We use only high-quality CSST304 and CSST316L stainless steel for Stahlmann tubes.
The first stage is shaping the polished stainless steel strip into a tube. The quality of the strip is controlled by spectral analysis.
The next stage is argon welding — edges are welded together, and the tube is then corrugated. Our cutting-edge welding technology guarantees 100% leak-proof performance of the tubes. For more flexibility and plasticity, the welded corrugated tubes are annealed in a state-of-the-art induction furnace with a high feed rate.
Finally, all products pass acceptance tests, including a weld quality and the corrugation step visual check-up.
